Prior to this, I worked as a Chef in various establishments, before taking a break to work in other industries.
Due to the love of food and learning about different cultural foods, I decided to start a cafe and catering company.
I would like people to come on this journey with me and experience food that I enjoyed having in the beautiful islands in Fiji through to learning my culinary skills in New Zealand.
I really enjoy inventing new food products and expanding menus with receipes from other cultural ethnicities and as well as vegetarian and people on special diets which will be well catered for with the dishes that will be prepared.
My team is available for assistance with waiting, bar work and service if there is an additional requirement to go with the catering.
